Delivery involves two phases:

Shipping Time:
Takes 10-25 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination. (Some regions may experience delays due to special policies.)
Good things take time, and we assure you that our products are all worth waiting for. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped out!
If your order has not been shipped, you may contact support@vavogue.com for a refund at any time during the production period.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, or if it’s marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim. We’ll assist you through the claims process with the carrier. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to resolve, depending on the carrier's procedures. Important: VaVogue cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, and we do not issue refunds or credits for such cases.
Out of Stock Items
If your order includes out-of-stock items, we will promptly ship the available items and notify you via email about the out-of-stock items.
